The development of the core competencies for complex care began in the fall of 2019 to define the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for the front-line complex care workforce. A diverse working group developed a draft that is now publicly available — and we want your feedback on it!
The working group will use your ideas as data to help refine the draft before the final report is showcased at the National Center's virtual event in October.
Join National Center staff and the core competencies working group Vice Chair Sara Reid, Consumer Board Member at Boston Healthcare for the Homeless, to hear more about how the competencies were developed and to discuss the draft. Please review the draft prior to the webinar and come prepared to share ideas on how to improve the document.
